Return And Exchange
At Try&Hauls, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our business model, we currently do not offer returns. Instead, we provide an easy exchange option if you need a different size or color.
🔹Eligibility for Exchanges
- Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: The item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In its original packaging with tags attached.
- Free of any stains, odors, or damage.
- Non-exchangeable items:
- Final sale items.
- Accessories (caps, socks, etc.) for hygiene reasons.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items marked as "No Exchange" during sale events.
🔹Exchange Process
- Request Exchange:
- Go to Try&Hauls.Shop → Account → Orders → Select "Exchange."
- Choose the new size or color (based on availability).
- Pickup & Delivery:
- The original item will be picked up and the new item will be shipped once the exchange is validated.
- Processing Time:
- The exchange process typically takes 7-10 business days.

- Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at

- Zero-inventory model: Since we follow a zero-inventory model, exchanges are subject to the availability of products with partner brands.
